Interface Management is a proven project management practice used to identify and mitigate project risks through the effective management of interfaces and full collaboration between the major
stakeholders. However, project professionals require tools to assess their Interface Management program and ensure they achieve maximum benefits from Interface Management.

This workshop will introduce tools which assist project teams/organisations in assessing and evaluating their current Interface Management practice; and provide valuable recommendations on
how to enhance its performance. These tools are developed based on industry experience and Construction Industry Institute (CII) research findings.

This workshop will enable attendees to:

  • Explore a brief introduction on Interface Management best practice
  • Assess the complexity of interfaces between stakeholders
  • Develop a path-forward to improve your Interface Management program
