Kelly is the Senior Product Manager for Coreworx Interface Management (IM). She brings over 15 years of experience with enterprise software applications for project management and information management. Kelly has worked with some of the largest EPCs and owner/operators to implement interface management solutions that service multi-billion dollar projects with thousands of interfaces. Working with the University of Waterloo, world-renowned for its engineering research, Kelly is also helping to define best practices and tools to improve information and process management in capital project execution. With a focus on risk management, Kelly is helping to further define the interface management discipline, and its evolution. Kelly has lead, mentored, and educated organizations in developing approaches and solutions in interface management through various webinars, hands-on training sessions, and published articles.

Interface Management is a proven project management practice used to identify and mitigate project risks through the effective management of interfaces and full collaboration between the major
stakeholders. However, project professionals require tools to assess their Interface Management program and ensure they achieve maximum benefits from Interface Management.

This workshop will introduce tools which assist project teams/organisations in assessing and evaluating their current Interface Management practice; and provide valuable recommendations on
how to enhance its performance. These tools are developed based on industry experience and Construction Industry Institute (CII) research findings.
